Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are hiring a seasoned engineer with strong leadership skills to own the architecture and development of our agentic AI platform, design scalable backend infrastructure, lead a high-performing engineering team, and drive technical execution across short-term priorities and long-term strategic initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical vision for the agentic AI platform.
  • Lead a distributed engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and implementation teams.
  • Drive technical innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs.
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership.
