ERP Quality Assurance Specialist


Job Overview

Synopsis:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our testing efforts, ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of our ERP systems designed specifically for the pharmaceutical sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Define methodologies and processes to ensure thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and security testing for complex ERP modules using automated tools like Selenium and manual testing techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and identify potential issues early.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, championing quality assurance best practices, mentoring junior testers, and conducting code and test reviews.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in software testing, preferably within ERP systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proficiency with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, data integrity, and electronic records management.
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
