Job Title: Experienced Test Automation Professional

We are seeking an experienced test automation professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve automated test scripts for web/UI applications using Selenium with Java/C#
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive test automation framework using popular tools such as TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber, Maven/Gradle, and POM
  • Design and implement automated testing strategies for complex applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test automation opportunities
  • Develop and execute manual tests to validate automated test results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in test automation
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall code quality
  • Contribute to the development of test automation best practices and standards within the organization

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in software quality assurance and at least 3 years of experience in test automation
  • Strong experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts for web/UI applications using Selenium with Java/C#
  • Experience of working with test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium Webdriver, TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber, Maven/Gradle, POM) and other similar tools
  • Experience of coding in Java/JavaScript/C#/Python
  • Experience of working in test management tools like TestRail, Jira or similar tools
  • Good knowledge of integration testing and Rest/SOA APIs using Postman/JMeter or similar tools
  • Good knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and ability to implement them
  • Good knowledge of manual testing concepts, test case writing, STLC, and SDLC
  • Exposure to/agility to SCM and CI/CD tools such as Git, Svn, GitLab, Jenkins
  • Exposure to/agility to Agile, Scrum methodologies, DevOps, and continuous testing practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in API test automation using Rest Assured, Rest Sharp or similar tools
  • Experience in mobile test automation experience using Appium
  • Experience in using BrowserStack tool
