We are looking for a highly skilled quality assurance professional to lead our testing efforts.

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in manual and automation testing, as well as experience in building scalable frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Core Automation Skills:
    • Selenium WebDriver (Advanced): Knowledge of APIs, custom waits, element handling, and synchronization issues.
    • BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin): Writing business-readable feature files, mapping steps correctly to ensure reusability and modularity.
    • Java (or framework language): Strong OOP concepts, clean code practices with SOLID principles, exception handling, and custom exception creation.
  • Framework & Layer-Specific Skills:
    • Step Definitions: Designing high-level steps without mixing UI locator logic, ensuring modularity and reusability, Page Object Model (POM): Understanding POM & Page Factory, writing maintainable locators and encapsulating UI interactions, handling dynamic elements and reusable components, core framework (wrappers, waiters, driver handling): Building wrapper methods around Selenium APIs, implementing custom waits, retry mechanisms, and driver utilities.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with manual testing (functional, regression, smoke, UAT).
    • Experience in API testing using Postman/RestAssured.
    • Strong understanding of test planning, test design, and defect management.
    • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2+ years in automation testing.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
