Industrial Trainee Position

This is a fantastic opportunity for CA Final students to participate in an Industrial Trainee program under the ICAI framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management & Internal Audit (Primary Focus 70%): Assist in planning and executing internal audits across business functions, take part in operational audits and compliance reviews, assist in walkthroughs and testing of controls as part of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
  • Business Finance & Financial Planning (Exposure to learn 20%): Support in preparing monthly MIS, dashboards, and business performance reports, contribute to budgeting and forecasting exercises across business units, perform unit economics analysis, margin tracking, and support decision-making models.
  • Financial Reporting & Closure Assistance (Exposure to learn 10%): Support the team in monthly and annual closing processes, coordinate with the external audit team for schedule preparations and audit queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Eligibility for industrial training as per ICAI regulations.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of accounting, auditing, and internal controls.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Internal Audit methodologies and ICFR testing frameworks.
