Senior AI/ML Engineer

About the Role:

This position involves spearheading the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge AI and machine learning models. As a key member of our team, you will guide engineers in the successful deployment of projects leveraging AI/ML technologies to address complex problems.

You will work closely with stakeholders to comprehend business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored proposals that cater to client demands and engage in discussions regarding project specifications.
  • Conduct solution/product demonstrations and workshops to showcase AI capabilities and its applications.
  • Oversight of AI model development and deployment, encompassing content generation (text, images, media).
  • Pursue hands-on coding, designing, developing, implementing, and deploying advanced AI solutions.
  • Leverage expertise in NLP, Python programming, LLMs, Deep Learning, and AI principles to drive transformative technology development.
  • Lead projects and contribute to organizational initiatives for high-quality solutions.
  • Develop strategic approaches and models to assist clients in innovating and enhancing profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, programming, and related concepts.
  • Showcase leadership abilities, capable of leading and mentoring a team, setting strategies for AI model development and deployment.
  • Exhibit technical proficiency in implementing and optimizing advanced AI solutions using Deep Learning and NLP, with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, and Keras.
  • Possess extensive experience implementing solutions using Deep Learning OCR algorithms.
  • Display working knowledge of Artificial Neural Networks, Convolutional Neural Networks, Recurrent Neural Networks, and Generative Adversarial Networks.
  • Showcase strong coding skills in Python, including related frameworks, best practices, and design patterns.
  • Provide evidence of deployment experience as a service or REST API endpoints on Cloud or Kubernetes.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate 8+ years of experience in IT with a focus on AI/ML practices and background.
