Drive Architectural Leadership for AI and GenAI Models

This position is focused on driving architectural and algorithmic leadership for AI and GenAI-driven problem discovery, root cause analysis, and action recommendation modules within a cloud-based platform. The role works closely with technical architects and data scientists to create and evolve advanced AI and GenAI models.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Advanced AI and GenAI Development: Lead a team of data scientists, GenAI developers, and ML engineers in developing and deploying advanced LLM, SLM, and RAG-based models, as well as classical machine learning models for problem discovery, root cause analysis, and action recommendation.
  • Gen-AI-Powered Analysis and Insights Generation: Collaborate with data scientists to create and fine-tune Generative AI models that assist in analysis creation, translating complex data patterns into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Reference Architectures: Work with Technical Architects to evolve frameworks for augmenting batch processing data architectures with streaming architectures, adapting reference architectures to operationalize AI and Gen-AI models optimally.
  • Client Deployments and MLOps: Consult on creating automated data pipelines for raw data and engineered features, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility for model training and inference. Establish robust MLOps practices, including automated model monitoring and performance benchmarking.
  • Use Case Development and Leadership: Lead and support development of use cases on the platform for various vertical-specific problem statements, collaborating with product managers and data engineers to align AI solutions with platform goals and user requirements.
  • Pre-sales and Leadership: Provide subject matter expertise during scoping and designing of engagements, contributing to proposals, POVs, and other POC read-outs. Support pilot deployments and strive for conversion into full programs.

Key Requirements:

  • Familiarity with statistics, classical machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, with significant hands-on development experience.
  • Able to grasp business problems in various domains and translate them into AI model requirements.
  • Experience with proprietary and open-source cloud-based machine learning platforms, such as Amazon Sagemaker/Azure Machine Learning Studio/Google Datalab – ML Engine – AutoML/H2O.
  • Familiarity with open-source large language models and prompt engineering, RAG-based training, and SLM model development.
  • Hands-on experience with excellent ML programming skills in Python using open-source libraries.
  • 12-18 years of machine learning model development and application experience.
  • Experience in building cloud-based products implementing generative AI and machine learning modeling as a service.
