Senior Generative AI Engineer

Are you a talented developer looking for a challenging opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology? As a Senior Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative AI models that utilize generative AI technologies. This role requires experience in creating architectures, algorithms, and frameworks for generative AI, as well as implementing and integrating these models into existing systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create advanced AI models using generative AI technologies to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Implement and integrate AI models into existing systems and applications to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Test and deploy AI models to production environments to maximize their potential.
  • Monitor and optimize AI model performance to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Python, preferably as the primary language for AI development.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs, including understanding principles behind these technologies and how to use them effectively.
  • Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases, including building and using retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries, such as LangChain, Haystack, and open-source libraries.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and tokenization, including optimizing prompts and managing tokenization.
  • Experience in integrating and fine-tuning AI models, including deploying and maintaining AI models in production environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
