ERP Implementation Specialist

Seeking an experienced Business Cycle Implementer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementation, with experience in business cycles such as OrderToCash and ProcureToPay. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting requirements, analyzing and implementing optimum solutions, while ensuring industry best practices are followed.
- Participate in requirement workshops, capturing business requirements with no ambiguity, mapping to ERP functionality, identifying gaps, providing/reviewing resolutions, and training end users.
- Configure ERP systems, conduct conference room pilots, plan business cutover, participate in integration, assist in user acceptance testing and production cut over activities.
- Conduct feasibility studies/discovery for customer-raised requirements.
- Review and validate solutions provided by consultants.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and processes.
- Mentor and coach teams in functional aspects of ERP modules.
Requirements
- Degree: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc.
- Module-specific certifications (if available).
Minimum Experience Required
- Overall experience: X years
- Relevant experience: Y years
Domain/Functional Skills
- Domain understanding: Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance etc.
- ERP module specific configurations, features, options.
- Technical basics: SQL.
