
Key Account Manager

A successful Key Account Manager will be responsible for creating and managing a network of distributors, negotiating deals and ensuring compliance.
- Create and manage a network of distributors, negotiating deals and ensuring compliance.
- Set and achieve sales targets for primary and secondary markets, as well as the number of retail stores to be opened each month.
- Manage sales to distributors and retail stores, achieving targets through personal sales and resources.
- Coordinate distributor invoicing, dispatch, collections, and outstanding management.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including ageing of distributors.
- Directly responsible for opening and servicing A+ category retail outlets.
- Maintain model mix and product placement.
- Monitor, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver results.
- Analyze and summarize sales and inventory reports, reporting competition activity.
- Implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives effectively.
Requirements:
- 6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in mobile accessories or related industry.
- Good market reputation in handling distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Proven track record of success in expanding market presence and driving sales growth.
- Analytical mindset with data analysis and MIS reporting proficiency.
