Job Description

As a Due Diligence/ Transaction Monitoring/ Screening Analyst, you will play a critical role in our Financial Crime Risk Management service line. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct end-to-end DD/TM/Screening for various entities or individuals, ensuring that all levels are met with high-quality results.

Our team works extensively with functional leaders and support functions to maintain production and quality standards. You will be responsible for meeting timelines, turning around cases to meet service level agreements, and adhering to quality metrics set by internal auditors and regulators.

Key skills for this role include logical thinking, problem-solving, analyzing transaction details, and an investigative mindset. You must also be able to maintain documentation for each inquiry and comply with governing regulations and institutional policies and procedures.

Additional responsibilities include identifying potential red flags, judging situations, and acting accordingly. You must also be able to work independently, deliver against commitments, participate in reviewing policies and process flows, and recommend ideas for improvement.

As a key member of our team, you will demonstrate the ability to conduct research, work independently, and make complex investigations decisions with little or no guidance within the workflow/procedure.

Ultimately, you will contribute to shaping the future of finance and technology, working in an evolving digital environment and under critical situations as per business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least one year of experience in processing transaction monitoring/Sanction Screening/EDD workflows within FCRM
  • A university graduate/postgraduate degree
  • Sound business communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Demonstrated flexibility to work under 24.7 working environments
