Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Transaction Advisory Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in helping clients achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by solving complex challenges.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality results and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and developing strategic plans to achieve client objectives.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in transaction advisory services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage transaction advisory projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client objectives.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on transaction-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: MBA from a reputable institution or CA degree with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in transaction advisory services or a related field is essential.
