Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in providing transaction advisory services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with onshore and offshore colleagues to deliver high-quality financial due diligence services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Prioritize data from financial reports and provide valuable insights through Excel workbook analyses
- Prepare and update document request lists and meeting agendas
- Participate in management meetings with clients and discussions with target companies
- Assist in preparing quality of earnings adjustments, net working capital analyses, and identifying debt-like items
- Review and tie out final client reports to ensure accuracy of reported numbers

Requirements

- Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups, pivot tables, and advanced formulas
- Strong analytical skills, including operational and financial analysis, benchmarking, and trend analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Qualifications - MBA finance or relevant degree
- Understanding of financial statements, U.S. GAAP accounting standards, and financial concepts
