Job Description:

As a seasoned Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing funding needs and preparing monthly reports to senior management. You will analyze and implement appropriate hedging and funding activities, manage cash and liquidity through planning and forecasting, and oversee treasury operations and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing funding needs and preparing monthly reports to senior management.
  • Analyzing and implementing appropriate hedging and funding activities.
  • Managing cash and liquidity through planning and forecasting.
  • Overseeing treasury operations and controls, including cash pooling/sweeping, forex hedging, and working capital management.
  • Working closely with the business to minimize financial risk.
  • Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Export-oriented unit experience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in Finance and/or Banking preferably with CA qualification/ MBA. You should have at least 10-15 years prior experience in a similar role, strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential.
