We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Support Engineer.
This role involves actively participating in the support of incoming calls, demonstrating empathy for customer issues and leveraging exceptional judgement to provide consistent solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions with pinpoint level details, ensuring customers receive prompt support.
Continuous improvement and skill development are essential for this role, along with engagement with peers and leaders to provide collaborative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers through various communication channels
- Documenting and resolving technical issues
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in US Accent and English Language, both Verbal and written
- Honesty, dependability, and integrity
- A growth mindset, ability to adapt quickly, logical approach to troubleshooting, and professionalism
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, knowledge of support tools, and education from an electronics or information technology background
- Minimum Qualification: B.Sc (Computers/Electronics) / BCA / BBA or equivalent
- Work experience in a similar set-up, IT support, retail customer support center, and direct customer engagement in a fast-paced environment
