Supply Chain Operations Manager

A key role in the e-commerce operations team, responsible for ensuring smooth execution of orders across multiple marketplaces and channels.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor marketplace performance and omnichannel sales to support business decisions.
  • Conduct seasonal and brand-wise performance analysis to drive business growth.
  • Review month-to-date partner sales performance and share insights in weekly review meetings.
Warehouse Management:
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and coordinate with third-party logistics partners.
  • Perform regular stock on hand checks across all channels and maintain accurate inventory reports.
  • Track live/not-live stock status and ensure timely replenishment for assigned brands.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams for the movement of inward/outward stock, as well as the onboarding of new partners.
Reporting & Process Management:
  • Compile and maintain sales data; prepare and circulate brand-wise performance reports.
  • Support in compiling order indents and reporting metrics across brands.
  • Mail, update, and follow up with marketplaces/partners for smooth order execution.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations with direct exposure to warehouse management, 3PL coordination, and marketplace operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of OMS and WMS platforms such as Shiprocket, Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
