Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing supply chain activities, handling export documentation, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.

This position involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to streamline logistics processes, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent analytical skills, proven customer service abilities, experience in supply chain management, knowledge of export processes and regulations, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Proven Customer Service Abilities: Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management: Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management, including experience in export documentation and international shipping regulations.
  • Knowledge of Export Processes and Regulations: In-depth knowledge of export processes and regulations, including customs clearance, duty calculation, and commodity classification.
