Key Role

This is a critical supply chain management position. As part of the supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing strategic inventory plans to meet customer demands.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Establish accurate demand forecasts based on sales data from online and offline channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve forecast discrepancies
  • Develop production plans for existing products, new launches, and product phase-outs
  • Ensure timely market entry for new products by coordinating logistics and network optimization
  • Proactively mitigate risks associated with stock-out situations through collaboration with category and channel teams
  • Drive performance metrics such as on-time-in-full (OTIF), fill rate, and order serviceability to achieve business goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of experience in demand planning and supply chain management
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and SAP-MM modules
  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent data handling skills, including proficiency in Excel, MIS, and dashboard tools
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or higher; master's degree preferred
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment; Lean/Six Sigma certification is an asset
