Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Compliance Officer to manage day-to-day compliance activities. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, assist with accounting tasks, and ensure timely completion of statutory forms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Support: Prepare and file statutory documents (ROC, MCA filings, etc.) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Accounting Activities: Assist with voucher preparation, reconciliation, and basic bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Statutory Compliances: Support the team in GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Company Secretarial Records: Maintain up-to-date registers, minutes, and disclosures to ensure compliance with company regulations.
  • Compliance Documentation: Draft simple resolutions, notices, and supporting compliance documentation to ensure seamless operations.
  • Compliance Reporting: Ensure timely completion of digital signature certificates and routine compliance reporting.
  • Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients for information collection and updates to meet compliance deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances.
  • Familiarity with statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.
