Role Overview

As a seasoned implementation professional, you will lead the way in establishing and maintaining compliance systems for our clients.

Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ISO standards and regulations, with experience in implementing R2v3, RIOS, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 programs from inception to completion.

You will be responsible for conducting gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit preparation, as well as delivering clear, audit-ready documentation tailored to each client's needs.

A key component of this role is guiding clients through closing audit gaps and building sustainable compliance systems. You will work closely with our Chief Consultant to develop strategy, timelines, and project execution plans.

This opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise across various industries, including recycling and technology, while making a tangible impact.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent writing skills are essential for creating reports, SOPs, and client communications that meet the highest standards.

In addition to technical expertise, strong communication and problem-solving skills are critical for this role. The ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities is also essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or a related field
  • ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor credentials (9001, 14001, 45001)
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in ISO and compliance
  • Knowledge of additional certifications such as ISO 13485, ISO 27001, R2v3, RIOS, or e-Stewards is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
