Reservations Coordinator

Our hospitality start-up is seeking an experienced reservations coordinator to manage our end-to-end reservations process and set the foundation for growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Experience: 3+ years in reservations or front office in hospitality
  • Strong understanding of online travel agency extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.)
  • Understanding of property management systems and rate management
  • Excellent communication skills (English; other languages a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a start-up environment

What You'll Do
  1. Manage reservations across online travel agencies, direct bookings, and offline channels
  2. Handle guest communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  3. Maintain accurate data on property management systems and online travel agency extranets
  4. Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are updated
  5. Create standard operating procedures, email templates, and booking process documents
  6. Review guest communication for tone and accuracy
  7. Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests
  8. Maintain daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue reports
