Cabin Attendant Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cabin Attendant to create a pleasant flight experience for our guests. The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously, take initiatives and collaborate with colleagues to ensure passenger satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Understand your assigned duties during flight and perform them to the best of your abilities.
  • Ensure passenger satisfaction by answering questions and offering assistance when needed.
  • Conduct cabin checks before take-off to verify safety compliance.
  • Welcome travelers on board and assist them to their seats as required.
  • Serve food and beverages, as well as sell products to passengers.
  • Deliver a well-prepared safety presentation to all passengers.
  • Monitor the cabin throughout the flight, adhering to established regulations and procedures.
  • Remain calm and provide assistance in emergency situations.
  • Prioritize passengers with special needs, such as children, disabled individuals, or seniors.
  • Prepare accurate reports detailing any significant issues or occurrences during the flight.

Requirements:

  • Fresher or proven experience as a Cabin Attendant or in a related customer service role.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with knowledge of additional languages being a significant advantage.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office are required.
  • A customer-oriented approach and clean, professional appearance are essential.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Cool temperament and patience, along with the ability to resolve issues effectively, are also required.
  • Cabin crew certification or training is mandatory.
