You will oversee day-to-day digital marketing activities, develop strategies to drive online traffic, manage social media campaigns, analyze data insights, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

Role Description

This role involves:

  • Broadly encapsulating digital marketing activities, developing project-specific promotion material like ad copies, renders, animations, consumer research, web content development, product innovation, competitive analysis, campaign management, and tracking marketing, pre-sales, and sales data.
  • Planning, executing, and tracking campaigns across Facebook, Google, Affiliate, Push, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
  • User and target group segmentation and media consumption mapping.
  • Project-wise lead generation plans.
  • Messaging for channel-wise deployment (multi-end user segments).

We are looking for an experienced individual with 1-4 years of experience in performance and retention marketing, preferably in the real estate sector or channel partner. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic platforms, and affiliate networks. A good understanding of CRM, push notifications, WhatsApp campaigns, SMS, and email marketing is also essential.

As a Digital Marketing Strategist at NoBroker.com, you will be responsible for achieving marketing targets to supplement sales targets, tracking marketing spend efficiency, accommodating pre-sales feedback, and tweaking marketing campaigns to optimize demand based on supply. You will also be expected to timely release ads, support the pre-sales/sales department, and provide effective support to ensure timely availability of promotional materials.

The successful candidate will have engineering background and excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel/Sheets and basic SQL. They will be data-driven, identifying trends, insights, and making decisions to improve campaign performance.
