Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking a high-performing professional to lead our operations team, drive execution and improvement, and prioritize learning and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on process optimization, be highly data-driven, and demonstrate exceptional leadership.

Prior experience in operations, program management, or process standardization is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Take ownership of project execution, including financial planning and control.
  2. Optimize existing projects by collaborating with the product team.
  3. Handle day-to-day operations, drive volume growth, track progress, identify flags, and provide daily reporting.
  4. Analyze training needs and deliver training programs.
  5. Celebrate feedback and address issues promptly.
  6. Maintain team performance to achieve key result areas (KRAs).
  7. Mentor and motivate team members, demonstrating strong people engagement skills.
  8. Run pilot projects and implement process improvements.
  9. Set goals, KPIs, and targets for team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing operations teams (at least 2 years).
  • Ability to drive tightly controlled operational metrics.
  • Strong process orientation, business acumen, and people management skills.
  • Inclined to produce high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
  • Highest sense of ownership and a bias for action.
  • Relevant educational qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
