Chief Financial Officer

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial management, reporting, and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote financial governance, ensuring timely and accurate financial closures.
  • Oversee statutory compliance across regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop scalable finance systems to support business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory.
  • 8-10 years post-qualification experience in financial reporting, compliance, and operations, preferably in a listed company.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in financial closures (monthly, quarterly, annual) and preparation of statutory financial statements under Ind AS.
  • Strong exposure to O2C and P2P processes.
  • Experience in quarterly results preparation, related-party compliance, and regulatory reporting.
