Renewal Coordinator

We are seeking a Renewal Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success through operational excellence and meticulous record-keeping.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with our Customer Success Managers and Renewal Representatives to prepare renewal documents, including contract quotes and supporting documentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and create customized documentation for clients at scale.
  • Analyze client data within various internal and external tools to inform renewal strategies.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication throughout the renewal process.
Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM and renewal management software (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, and Conga).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and scale.
