Job Title: Process Automation Specialist

The primary objective of this position is to develop, modify, and deploy Control-M jobs based on program requirements.

  • Develop and deploy Control-M jobs using PowerShell and/or Python scripting
  • Collaborate with requesters to clarify job specifications and provide timely support
  • Script automation to handle complex job logic, including unit testing and QA support
  • Manage production deployments, including support during off-business hours
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Control-M workflows
  • Review and deploy jobs created by federated developers in lower environments
  • Support server migration-related modifications and work with AWS Glue for job automation

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with Control-M job development and scheduling, proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python scripting, as well as experience with OS-level jobs, file transfer automation, and Informatica jobs.

Able to independently troubleshoot workflow and deployment issues, with strong collaboration and communication skills across technical teams. Experience working in a remote environment is beneficial.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Control-M job development and scheduling
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python scripting
  • Experience with OS-level jobs, file transfer automation, and Informatica jobs
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical teams
  • Experience working in a remote environment
