Job Title: Automation Specialist

At our company, we're looking for a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automated testing and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automate testing processes using Cypress or similar tools.
  • Work within Agile development teams and contribute to the development of high-quality software products.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices and automation techniques.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in QA automation with at least 2-3 years in a lead role or as a senior member of a QA team.
  • Strong experience in automated testing with Cypress (preferred), Selenium, or similar tools.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers.
  • In-depth understanding of QA concepts, including test case design, test planning, functional testing, regression testing, and release testing.
