As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects, managing vendors, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver secure, efficient, and timely solutions.

About the Role:

  • Translate concept documents into actionable project roadmaps that drive business outcomes.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee solution design, testing (sandbox & UAT), and deployment to meet evolving business needs.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, procurement, and performance to optimize value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and IT vendors to foster strong relationships.
  • Deliver solutions within 12 months, ensuring compliance and security standards that safeguard our organization's reputation.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare, NGOs, or large government organizations.
  • MTech, BTech, MCA, BCA, or equivalent technical qualification that demonstrates expertise.
  • Proven track record in large-scale IT system design and implementation, with a focus on stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation.
