Opportunity for Strategic Growth

We seek a visionary leader to drive innovation and growth in the IT services organization. As the Digital Delivery Head, you will play a key role in transforming how clients leverage technology to enhance their digital footprint, optimize operations, and achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of a digital portfolio of customers, responsible for profit and loss of a portfolio ranging between $50-100 million.
  • Team Management: Empower delivery managers, program and project managers, and ensure Account/Program/Project risks and issues are addressed effectively.
  • Business Performance: Monitor projects/programs, revenue, margins, revenue growth, yield per employee, and customer satisfaction.
  • Growth Mindset: Own the growth of the portfolio and be responsible for hiring and offboarding decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience in managing large transformation programs and projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in IT services, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
