Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and managing multiple product and feature-level projects.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Clients to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Break down business objectives into sprints, tasks, and clear workflows.
  • Facilitate and participate in daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and regular project syncs.
  • Track and flag potential risks, blockers, or delays — and support mitigation efforts.
  • Keep all task boards, documentation, and project artifacts up-to-date and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage multiple product and feature-level projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based work planning.
  • Prior experience using Linear as a project management tool.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills — written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a knack for keeping things on track.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a tech, SaaS, or AI startup environment.
  • Familiarity with other tools we use, like Slack, Notion, or ClickUp.
