Job Description:

As Head of Paid Media, you will oversee the full-funnel strategy and execution for Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

You will manage high-budget campaigns, own our media buying strategy from top to bottom, and lead a performance-driven team.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across search, display, and social channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and funnel optimization.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar budgets with a focus on ROI, CAC, LTV, and scaling profitably.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of paid media specialists and analysts.
Requirements:

We are seeking a strong leader with:

  • 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proven success managing 6- to 7-figure monthly budgets across regions.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, ideally with agency or multi-brand experience.
  • Data-obsessed with a strong grasp of attribution models, A/B testing, and reporting.
