About this Role:

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive our advertising initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-facing work, with 1-3 years of experience in an advertising agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and project coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams – creative, strategy, digital, and production – to deliver effective campaigns
  • Develop strategic approaches based on client objectives, leveraging expertise in campaign execution and management
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple channels, including digital and mainline media
  • Track progress, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality control throughout the process
  • Prepare engaging client presentations, campaign reports, and performance summaries
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, driving high satisfaction and repeat business through exceptional service

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency
  • Proven track record in both digital and mainline advertising
  • Experience in campaign strategy, planning, and execution
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
