Aviation Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Our organization seeks a skilled Aviation Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our Airport Operation Control Centre (AOCC) in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless airport processes and sub-processes, focusing on quality, efficiency, and punctuality.
  • Manage passenger, baggage, aircraft, and information flow to achieve airport objectives.
  • Implement Management-approved Standard Operating Procedures for AOCC.
  • Carry out daily tasks in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Allocate resources effectively, adhering to seasonal plans.
  • Monitor stakeholder performance, addressing any operational bottlenecks.
  • Conduct airport operations in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Act upon procedure during cancelled flights, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Coordinate with airport partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Enter basic aircraft data into systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Audit basic data regularly, implementing process changes as needed.
  • Provide accurate and informative data for daily management reports.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve optimal coordination with airport partners.
  • Map integrated management system processes for AOCC, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Brief new partners and visitors about AOCC concepts and operations.
  • Send operation-related reports to stakeholders within specified timelines.

Requirements:

  • 9-14 years of experience in aviation operations or related fields.
