Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Executive to spearhead quality management within our organization. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the adequacy and compliance of documents, procedures, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor activities assigned for review, verification, and tracking to ensure that all QMS documents and procedures are adequate and compliant.
  • Monitor, track, and review deviations, out-of-specification investigations, corrective and preventive actions, market complaints, change controls, and other quality-related activities to guarantee QMS effectiveness.
  • Escalate or highlight problems in QMS documents and investigations in a timely manner and provide necessary details and data for APQR preparation and monthly reporting.
  • Review and evaluate change controls received from various departments, identify action items, and communicate them to relevant stakeholders through Trackwise.
  • Provide status updates on QMS records, including change controls, deviations, and other quality metrics, as needed.
Requirements:
  • 7-9 years of experience in API manufacturing units in quality departments.
  • M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry.
