Regional Solution Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive growth and profitability in the building management industry. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer outcomes through strategic thinking, commercial planning, and financial acumen.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 7 years of experience in the building management industry, with a focus on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. Deep knowledge of Metasys Building Automation Systems and other relevant technologies is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills, are also required.

  • Develop and implement regional strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage remote advisory teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality results.
