Loan Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in managing and customizing the Loan Origination System (LOS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth system operations, user support, and compliance alignment.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and customize LOS user roles, security, and access controls.
- Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, workflow configurations, and reports.
- Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.
- Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from leading technology providers.
- Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.
- Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking).
- Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.
- Ensure LOS aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
- Support audits and system usage reviews.
- Minimum 5 years of LOS Administrator experience.
- Strong knowledge of LOS workflows, configuration, and customizations.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) is a plus.
- Certifications from leading technology providers are highly preferred.
