Land Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Land Management Expert to join our team.

  • This role involves managing land-related activities for operational wind and solar power projects, including lease agreements, land titles, and possession documents.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with landowners and local communities, handling negotiations, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Liaising with local authorities to manage land records, tax payments, and statutory obligations is also a key aspect of this role.
  • You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local land regulations, zoning laws, and environmental norms affecting land use.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing lease renewals, negotiating with landowners, and making timely lease or rent payments.
  • Serving as the primary contact for landowners and local communities, building strong relationships, and addressing grievances effectively.
  • Liaising with local authorities to manage land records, tax payments, and statutory obligations.
  • Supporting O&M teams by resolving issues related to access roads, transmission lines, and internal movement within sites.

This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated professional who can identify and mitigate risks related to land, such as encroachments, litigation, or non-compliance with local laws.
