Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical problems, ensuring seamless communication and coordinated efforts.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets, guaranteeing prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Document and share technical solutions and best practices with colleagues and stakeholders, promoting knowledge sharing and expertise.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance support processes, tools, and systems to optimize the customer experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support, preferably with a focus on L2/L3 support.
  • Strong technical background, with expertise in one or more areas such as ETLs, databases, AWS cloud technologies (CloudWatch, S3).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to customers and internal teams.
  • Experience with support ticket management tools and processes (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
