Atlassian Jira Support Specialist needed. We seek a skilled technical expert to provide high-level support, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve critical incidents by analyzing logs and project-specific blockers.
  • Assess third-party Atlassian plugins for optimal integration and functionality.
  • Design, modify, and optimize JIRA workflows, screens, issue types, custom fields, schemes, and issue indexing.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and documentation of existing functionalities to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Exhibit a solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Facilitate effective knowledge sharing and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive productivity and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Atlassian tool administration, including JIRA and Confluence (both Server and Cloud).
  • Strong technical skills and expertise in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
