Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide round-the-clock assistance for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and responding to incidents via ticketing system within service level agreement timelines
  • Performing remote troubleshooting and escalating unresolved issues
  • Supporting users across different time zones and ensuring minimal downtime
  • Maintaining logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity
  • Collaborating with global IT teams for coordinated support
  • Providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely
  • Installing, configuring, and upgrading operating systems and applications
  • Responding to user tickets and resolving issues related to Windows, Mac, or Linux environments
  • Maintaining logs of support requests, resolutions, and system updates
  • Assisting in setting up new systems and user accounts
  • Collaborating with IT teams to escalate unresolved issues
  • Ensuring timely updates and patches for systems and applications
  • Training users on basic IT procedures and best practices
  • Maintaining inventory of IT assets and ensuring compliance with company policies

Requirements
