Job Title: Senior Financial Recovery Specialist

The primary function of this role is to lead and manage debt recovery operations, ensuring optimal performance in terms of recovery rates and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and leveraging field resources to drive results.

  • Receivables Management: Oversee the entire receivables lifecycle, from initial contact to final collection.
  • Productivity Management: Analyze and optimize business processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure seamless execution of services.
  • Negotiation and People Management: Effectively negotiate with customers and manage team members to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Process Management: Design and implement efficient processes to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial industry setting, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven ability to manage a team of agencies/staff/outsourced staff and demonstrate high levels of competence.
  • Maturity to handle customer and agency executives/vendors in pressurized situations and meet targets/deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle deadlines and compliance items.
  • Strong follow-up and accomplishment of targeted achievements.
  • Experience working in banking or a similar industry would be beneficial.
