Expert Trainer

Job Title: International Training Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced International Training Manager to lead our global voice process training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Training Manager in a BPO or Deputy Manager Training in an international BPO, with expertise in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance evaluations, and consultation with line managers.
  • Develop and implement effective induction and orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, success rates, and ROI periodically and report on them.
  • Enhance existing training methodologies/framework and develop tailored training programs as necessary.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices globally.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc).
  • Schedule training sessions, organize information cascades, and other interventions for teams.
  • Review existing training materials and manuals to determine their appropriateness and relevance and update accordingly.
  • Collaborate with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience as a Training Manager in a BPO or tenured Deputy Manager Training in an international BPO.
  • Expertise in international voice process is essential.
  • Familiarity with training trends, developments, and best practices.
