**Job Description:**

  • Manage client expectations by maintaining open communication and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Deliver work tasks on schedule, prioritizing deadlines to meet business objectives.
  • Optimize costs through efficient resource allocation and strategic partnerships with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with artwork studios and printers to drive high-quality prints, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Support the design phase through thorough review of artwork processes, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Lead color assessment conversations, facilitating effective decision-making among stakeholders.
  • Employ strong project management skills to track project timelines, identifying potential roadblocks and implementing solutions.
  • Oversee color standards storage and courier arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Take initiative to resolve challenges, thinking critically to find innovative solutions.
  • Foster positive relationships across stakeholders, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Support onsite, offsite, and at printer's site as required, adapting to changing circumstances.

**Requirements:

  • 5+ years of print production experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
  • Proven client-facing experience and prior experience in Project/Account management.
  • Familiarity with Color Management or Separation tools, ensuring accurate color reproduction.
  • Knowledge of various Print methods (Offset, Flexo, Gravure), staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear understanding among team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Autonomous work ability, working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications, leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
