AI Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to build reliable, self-improving systems that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex, high-value work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop AI-Enabled Products: Leverage the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models to create innovative products.
  • High-Performance Search and RAG: Design and optimize our data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Evaluation Frameworks: Develop robust frameworks to evaluate the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs. We take a polyglot approach to working with LLMs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with modern Python microservices, FastAPI, Ray.IO for distributed AI workloads, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.
  • Familiarity with core technologies: Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, and Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
