Lead Data Science Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Science Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and engineers in the development of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality AI and ML projects.
  • Team Management: Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting innovation, creativity, and productivity among team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Machine Learning Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, with expertise in core libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn) and web frameworks (Flask, Django).
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and familiarity with MLOps principles for CI/CD, monitoring, and logging.
  • Database Management: Strong skills in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, MariaDB) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • NLP and Conversational AI: Hands-on expertise in text representation, semantic extraction, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI.
  • Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle practices.
