Job Summary:


The Demand Generation and Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of corporate partners and donors to support ANNADA's mission to tackle early childhood malnutrition. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in demand generation, institutional fundraising, and communications.

  • Building a strong pipeline of CSR donor prospects through online and offline initiatives
  • Raising funds from institutions towards general donations for ANNADA
  • Managing social media communications to enhance visibility and attract donors
  • Developing compelling communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, and case studies, to enhance fundraising efforts
  • Maintaining and updating a CRM/database with corporate donor details, interactions, and funding commitments
  • Tracking and analyzing demand generation metrics, conversion rates, and engagement data to optimize strategies


About ANNADA:


ANNADA is a non-profit organization dedicated to tackling early childhood malnutrition, primarily in remote and marginalized communities. We have a proven impact model that has resulted in a 50% reduction in malnutrition among our beneficiaries. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Demand Generation and Partnerships Manager.



Requirements:



  • 6+ years of experience in communications, marketing, and B2B sales/institutional fundraising
  • Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Marketing Tools, CRM Systems, MS Excel
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills to craft impactful donor messaging
  • A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to demand generation and fundraising
  • A go-getter attitude with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and persistent in achieving outreach and fundraising goals
