Program Coordinator – Skill Development

About us:

  • We empower youth through meaningful skill development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing projects and a sound understanding of the local context. They should be able to coordinate end-to-end execution of training programs, ensure compliance with project guidelines, and liaison with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training programs across multiple centers.
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines under DDUGKY, OSDA, and other schemes.
  • Liaise with government departments, local authorities, and training partners.
  • Support mobilization, training operations, assessments, certifications, and placements.
  • Monitor center performance through regular visits and reporting.
  • Assist in documentation, audits, and submission of reports.
  • Facilitate training and capacity building of field staff and trainers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, preferably in managerial roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
  • Understanding of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape.
  • Willngness to travel extensively across different districts.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Prior experience with schemes such as DDUGKY, PMKVY, OSDA, ORMAS.
  • Fluency in Odia, with working knowledge of English and Hindi.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage teams and deliver results.
