About this role

We are seeking a performance-driven Affiliate Marketer to drive user acquisition and brand reach through partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and publishers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Main Objectives:
  • Build, launch, and manage affiliate marketing programs
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners in fintech, crypto, and Web3 ecosystems
  • Negotiate commission structures, payout models, and incentive programs
  • Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics (CAC, ROI, conversion rates, LTV)
  • Optimize campaigns by identifying high-performing affiliates and scaling their efforts

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with

  • 3–5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or Web3
  • Proven success in building and managing affiliate programs and partner pipelines
  • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics and attribution models
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing affiliate relationships
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced startup environment
