Senior Software Support Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Software Support Professional to provide end-to-end support for applications built on .NET or PHP, including troubleshooting and resolving application, database, and server-related issues.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in performing debugging, performance tuning, and deployment activities within WAMP stack environments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams is a key aspect of this position, which also involves managing Windows Server OS and creating and maintaining documentation across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Close collaboration with development, infrastructure, and business teams is essential to ensure application availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for software applications and related infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with applications, databases, and servers.
  • Develop and implement solutions to optimize application performance and resolve issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of software applications and related systems.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in software support with .NET or PHP.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with WAMP stack and related technologies.
  • Good understanding of Windows Server administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
